House Rules We strive to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. To help maintain this, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules: ★ Smoking & Vaping: Please, no smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana or illegal substances anywhere on the property. Smoking is permitted at least 15 feet from the front or back doors. Be sure to dispose of cigarette butts responsibly (in a bottle or proper container) to avoid fire hazards. A $250 fee will apply for deodorization if smoking occurs indoors. ★ No Events or Gatherings (unless given permission) To ensure a peaceful environment, we do not permit events or gatherings, and no visitors are allowed between 9 PM and 8 AM. ★ ID Verification: For safety and security, we require a clear picture of a government-issued ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport) for each adult guest via the platform chat upon booking. If you mark anything off, the requirements are Full name, photo, Date of birth, and City. Additional Guidelines ★ No Eating in Beds: We provide a dining room table for meals to keep our space clean and comfortable for all guests. ★ Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 9 PM and 8 AM out of respect for the neighbors. ★ Safety: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur while on the premises. ★ Mail/Packages: Please note that we cannot accept mail or package deliveries at the property. ★ No Open Flames: For safety, no burning candles or open flames are allowed in the apartment. Pet Policy We welcome well-behaved dogs (up to 50 lbs) with the following guidelines: ★ A $50 pet fee applies per dog, per stay. LIMIT 2 ★ Please note that no cats are allowed due to allergies. ★ A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed, and they must be house-trained and both under 50lbs. ★ Dogs must be crated when left alone, and a $100 fee will apply per occurrence if this rule is not followed. ★ Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. ★ Please clean up after your dog immediately when outside. ★ No bathing pets in our sinks or tubs. If a pet is not declared on the reservation, a $200 fee will apply. Check-out time for guests with pets is 10 AM to allow for additional cleaning. Important Reminders & Fees ★ Late Check-Out: If available, late check-out is $20 per hour. Max dog size 50lbs ★NO CATS ALLOWED OWNER IS ALLERGIC ★NO MORE THAN 2 ANIMALS IN THIS APARTMENT - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT RULES. ★ House-broken animals only. Animals other than dogs must remain in their protected environment (fishbowl, cage, etc., as applicable). Dogs must be taken out for their potty breaks, no pee pee pads only trained dogs. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the apartment. Animals are not allowed on the furniture. You are responsible to clean up dog waste in the yard immediately.. My husband and sons arrived to Montgomery IL after driving 14 hours from NY/NJ. We were pleasantly surprised at the AirBnB. It was big, very clean, and peaceful. The house matched the photos. I liked the special touch of hotel-style trays with mini toiletries and wash cloths on the beds. I liked that the house was at the end of the block and in walking distance to 7 eleven as well as close to restaurants and shopping centers. Unfortunately we didn't use the grill or fire pit. The hosts were very responsive. I recommend this 👌 location. if I am back in IL to see family I would stay here again.

This property is described accurately, the location is convenient to shops, restaurants and entertainment in both Montgomery and Oswego, IL. We ate at several restaurants on Route 34 and Route 30, saw a movie at the Kendall 11 and shopped at Meijer and the Jewel, which was within walking distance! We had 7 members in our party plus a small pet. Our grandchildren loved the game room amenities. Our Christmas vacation was blessed with some light winter weather. The garage is equipped with snow removed tools which we didn’t have to use, thankfully! I appreciated the quick response to questions we had during our stay. The host of this property is awesome!
