This is a 2nd floor apartment that is conveniently located near everything you would need in walking distance. -Fully stocked Kitchen to be a home away from home. Comes with cooking and Baking amenities - smart Roku tv - you can log into your favorite streaming apps or connect your game systems. - 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom apartment - 2 Queen Size Beds, sleeper sofa (full size) and 1 Queen Size Air Mattress (pictures will be updated of the 1 bedroom that still has twin bunk, after Sept 2nd it will be changed to queen) - Window A/C + Radiator Heat -Outside patio funiture and firepit in back yard. - Access code will be sent to you on the morning of check-in - 11 miles to Downtown Chicago (20 min train ride or 1 hr drive) -Public transportation to downtown with Buses and Train. Laundry machines are in basement but shared with all residents. Basement is not finished. Great place to stay for Chicago Summer festivals and concerts. This complex has pets in it, they could be barking when you are opening the door, we allow dogs in our complex so this is expected. Pet rules: *Dogs: only 2 pet max, MUST BE under 50lbs *NO cats allowed (owner is allergic) *Pets Not allowed on furniture or beds ($250.00 fine)* *Must be potty trained *When left alone must be crated *Must pick up waste in the yard immediately *Must be on a leash in hallways and outside *Can not give baths in our shower. Cameras on the outside of the apartment at the front, back, and balcony doors for both our protection. Government ID is required and we will ask for that after the booking. We can not see IDs in your profiles so you will be uploading to airbnb chat to stay safe.
