House Rules We strive to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. To help maintain this, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules: ★ Smoking, Marijuana & Vaping: Please, no smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana or illegal substances anywhere on the property. Smoking is permitted at least 15 feet from the front or back doors. Be sure to dispose of cigarette butts responsibly (in a bottle or proper container) to avoid fire hazards. A $250 fee will apply for deodorization if smoking occurs indoors. NO EXCEPTIONS ★ No Events or Gatherings: To ensure a peaceful environment, we do not permit events or gatherings, and no visitors are allowed between 9 PM and 8 AM. ★ ID Verification: For safety and security, we require a clear picture of a government-issued ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport) for each adult guest via the platform chat upon booking. If you mark anything off, requirements are Full name, photo, Date of birthday and City. Additional Guidelines ★ No Eating in Beds: We provide a dining room table for meals to keep our space clean and comfortable for all guests. ★ Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 9 PM and 8 AM out of respect for the neighbors. ★ Safety: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur while on the premises. ★ Mail/Packages: Please note that we cannot accept mail or package deliveries at the property. ★ No Open Flames: For safety, no burning candles or open flames are allowed in the apartment. Pet Policy We welcome well-behaved and house broken dogs (up to 50 lbs) with the following guidelines: ★ A $50 pet fee applies per dog, per stay. LIMIT 2 ★ Please note that no cats are allowed due to allergies. ★ A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed, and they must be house-trained and both under 50lbs. ★ Dogs must be crated when left alone, and a $100 fee will apply per occurrence if this rule is not followed. ★ Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. ★ Please clean up after your dog immediately when outside. ★ No bathing pets in our sinks or tubs. If a pet is not declared on the reservation, a $200 fee will apply. Check-out time for guests with pets is 10 AM to allow for additional cleaning. You MUST check traveling with pets and let us know what type of pet it is. Important Reminders & Fees ★ Late Check-Out: If available, late check-out is $20 per hour. Please contact us to arrange this in advance, and we’ll send a resolution request via Airbnb for any additional fees. ★ Security & Safety: We have security cameras at the front and back doors for everyone’s safety. Disabling or tampering with these devices will result in a $250 fee and immediate termination of your stay. ★ Cleaning Fees: Sofa stains: $100 extra cleaning fee. Unapproved late check-out: $40 for every 15 minutes beyond check-out time. ★ We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen or furniture!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later.
