Animals other than dogs and cats must remain in their protected environment (fishbowl, cage, etc., as applicable). Dogs must be taken out for their potty breaks, no pee pee pads only trained dogs. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the apartment. Animals are not allowed on the furniture. You are responsible to clean up dog waste in the yard immediately.. Fines for dog waste is 50.00 and up extra cleaning fee depending on amount left behind.. ★ When bringing animals, check-out time will be 1 hour earlier, to give our cleaners a little more time to prepare the unit for the next guests. ★★OTHER FEES★★ ★FEES: Un announced pet : $100.00 ★FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge. ★FEES: Unapproved late check-out fees: $40 for every 15 min after check-out time. ★FEES: $100 per animal left unattended in the unit, per occurrence. ★FEES: $250 Disabling, obstructing, or tampering in any way with any of the safety or security devices, immediate vacancy is required. ★FEES: Stains on the sofa is $100 extra cleaning fee. If you open it, close it, if you borrow it, return it, if you turn it on, turn it off, if you break it, replace it, if you use it, take care of it, if you make a mess, clean it up and if you move it, put it back.
