House rules Check-in: After 4:00 PM (Flexible if available) Checkout: 11:00 AM (10 AM with pet) ★No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana or illegal drugs at any time anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 deodorization fee ★NO EVENTS OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND - You are allowed visitors but not after 9 pm in the evening or they are considered guests. Any unannounced guest would be a cost of $50.00 per night that they stay after quiet hours. ★1 Pet IS allowed IF APPROVED (read below rules) ★Upon booking, you will be required to submit in the communication window (platform chat) an unredacted picture of a GOVERNMENT-ISSUED ID(driver’s license, state ID, or passport) of every adult guest. Additional rules ★★Please read carefully before booking, because you will be required to comply with these house rules★★ ★No Eating on beds (we provide a dining room table and lift top table in livingroom area) ★Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation, and no unapproved visitors after 9 pm. ★Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am on weekdays, and from 10 pm to 9 am during weekends and local and federal holidays. Be respectful of neighbors by abiding by this quiet hours policy. ★We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. ★ALWAYS lock the front door, back door, balcony, and deck door; close the garage door, and any other access point in general. We want you and all your belongings to remain SAFE. ★NO mail/packages/parcel delivery allowed. ★NO burning candles and no open flames of any kind burning in the apartment. ★ ★ ANIMAL FEES & Rules ★ ★ ★The animal fee is $50 per stay. Max dog size 50lbs ★NO CATS ALLOWED OWNER IS ALLERGIC ★ NO MORE THAN 1 ANIMAL IN THIS APARTMENT - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT RULES. ★ House-broken animals only. Animals other than a dog must remain in their protected environment (fishbowl, cage, etc., as applicable). Dogs must be taken out for their potty breaks, no pee pee pads only trained dogs. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the apartment. Animals are not allowed on the furniture. You are responsible to clean up dog waste in the yard immediately.. Fines for dog waste is 50.00 and up extra cleaning fee depending on amount left behind.. ★ When bringing animals, check-out time will be 1 hour earlier, to give our cleaners a little more time to prepare the unit for the next guests. ★★OTHER FEES★★ ★FEES: Un announced pet : $100.00 More than 1 pet you will be removed withOUT refunds. ★FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge. ★FEES: Unapproved late check-out fees: $40 for every 15 min after check-out time. ★FEES: $100 per animal left unattended in the unit, per occurrence. ★FEES: $250 Disabling, obstructing, or tampering in any way with any of the safety or security devices, immediate vacancy is required. ★FEES: Stains on the sofa is $100 extra cleaning fee. If you open it, close it, if you borrow it, return it, if you turn it on, turn it off, if you break it, replace it, if you use it, take care of it, if you make a mess, clean it up and if you move it, put it back. PLEASE DO NOT REARRANGE OUR FURNITURE. ★Violation of any house rule will result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation without a refund.
