House Rules We strive to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. To help maintain this, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules: ★ No UNAPPROVED Events or Gatherings: To ensure a peaceful environment, we do not permit events or gatherings, and no visitors are allowed between 9 PM and 8 AM. Noise: Guests should respect designated quiet hours and should not disturb the surrounding community with a disruptive level of noise (loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.). ★ ID Verification: For safety and security, we require a clear picture of a government-issued ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport) for each adult guest via the platform chat upon booking. If you mark anything off, requirements are Full name, photo, Date of birthday and City. On the website we to not see the ID, plus that often is not the only person staying at our place. While not all hosts require this, we have found it essential for ensuring the safety and security of our property and guests. In the past, we’ve encountered situations where individuals under the age of 20 booked without proper disclosure, and upon requesting IDs, we discovered they were underage. This could make us liable, and we aim to avoid such risks. As responsible hosts, we take extra precautions to prevent unauthorized parties and maintain the quality of our space for all guests. ★ Smoking: Guests should respect "no smoking" rules and should ask their host if they’re unsure about the limitations. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. As always, guests are responsible for compliance with applicable laws. Must not sit right outside door, must be 15ft from a door or window. Be sure to dispose of cigarette butts responsibly (in a bottle or proper container) to avoid fire hazards. A $250 fee will apply for deodorization if smoking occurs indoors. NO EXCEPTIONS ★ No Open Flames: For safety, no burning candles or open flames are allowed in the apartment. Pet Policy We welcome well-behaved and house broken dogs (NOT PEE PEE PADS) (up to 50 lbs) with the following guidelines: ★ A $50 pet fee applies per dog, per stay. LIMIT 1 ★ Please note that NO cats are allowed due to allergies. ★ A maximum of 1 dogs are allowed, and they must be house-trained and both under 50lbs. ★ Dogs must be crated when left alone, and a $100 fee will apply per occurrence if this rule is not followed. ★ Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. $250.00 if they are found to be on the furniture. ★ Please clean up after your dog immediately when outside. ★ No bathing pets in our sinks or tubs. ★ If you dog chews on furniture, baseboards or walls, you will be charged what it is to be repaired. If a pet is not declared on the reservation, a $200 fee will apply. Check-out time for guests with pets is 10 AM to allow for additional cleaning. You MUST check traveling with pets and let us know what type of pet it is before instant booking so we can see if it meets our House rules. ★Check in and out: • Check-in time: Guests should respect their host’s check-in window and should not check in before or after the designated window without prior approval from the host. • Checkout time: Guests should complete checkout, including key return, by the designated checkout time indicated on the reservation, and should not leave belongings at the listing past the designated checkout time for storage or later pickup without prior approval from the host. ★ Security & Safety: We have security cameras at the front and back doors for everyone’s safety. Disabling or tampering with these devices will result in a $250 fee and immediate termination of your stay without refund. ★ Cleaning Expectations: • Cleanliness: Guests should leave the listing in a state that doesn't require excessive or deep cleaning (moldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains from pets, etc.). Cleaning fees set by hosts are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (laundry, vacuuming, etc.). Hosts may not charge guest fees for failing to perform specific cleaning or checkout tasks, but they may leave ratings and reviews based on cleanliness • Litter: Guests should put their trash in designated receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. • Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform hosts of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay reasonable requests for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Learn more about getting charged for damage. ★ Approved guests: Guests should respect the approved number of overnight guests and should ask their host if they're unsure about bringing additional visitors. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited. Learn more in our Community Disturbance Policy. ★ We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen or furniture!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later.
